Knee pull injury from first day on the beach w/ 10' board, and negotiating large boulders. Getting better, we're working on resolving, healing.

Doing stretches, some balance work. Building this fire and hauling wood all day is weight work. I got a walk in out to the end of Sunset Dr. Trail head, State Park for Tillamook Head.
