Beat dead-tired from today, pulled the left knee on heading out from lost balance in the rocks. But I learned heaps. The Cove is some complex current, rip current along the south shore and out to the point. Beach access is tricky. Carry the longboard on the head, not under the arm.
Yoga . . . strength training, aerobic, balance.
